Hopi (Hopílavayi) is a Uto-Aztecan language spoken in northeastern Arizona on the Hopi Reservation (centered ~35.91°N, 110.61°W). The language shows complex morphology with aspectual marking and obligatory possession on kinship/body-part terms. Third Mesa dialect is documented standard. IPA based on Whorf/Voegelin phonemic inventory and Third Mesa orthography.
